Sentencing needn't mean hard labor--it can be lots of fun! Especially if you're playing the Sentence Game for Juniors, an easy-to-learn grid game that helps kids grasp picture and word recognition and basic sentence structure. The two-sided board allows for beginner and advanced play. Beginners match the 112 yellow cardboard tiles to the words and pictures on the board to form its template of completed sentences. Advanced players operate on a blank grid to form sentences from scratch. The words on some tiles are capitalized; others end with a period--so correct tile placement is essential. Points are gained by inserting tiles in (or connecting them Scrabble-like to) existing sentences on the board. This game teaches kids skills that'll definitely show up when sentencing is "tried as an adult!" --Tony Mason Sentence Cube Junior is a fun educational game that helps with sentence building. The game board is two sided. One side has basic sentences on it for the younger children, the flip side is plain so the children can make their own sentences. Sentence Cube includes: double sided game board, 112 word tiles, 22 yellow counters, and rules.
